Shipping & Returns

United States Shipping ships to all US addresses including Alaska and Hawaii.  Winners with Post Office Boxes, or who reside in Alaska or Hawaii will receive their sweepstakes winnings by US Priority Mail. All other winners will receive their winnings utilizing a carrier who provides tracking and insurance. To ensure you will receive your winnings, please provide a full street address for shipping.  Invalid street addresses will cancel the winnings.


Packaging takes great care in ensuring that our vendors pack and ship your winnings safely. Each manufacturer and distributor are responsible for their own packing, shipping and carrier.  That information will be present with each winning shipment.  Please read and follow the carrier\’s shipping and return instructions carefully.  If you feel your problem is not being handled in a professional manner, please call us: 407-687-5186.


Sending a Gift

If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift. is happy to include a message with your order – please let us know what you would like the message to say. We will e-mail you a confirmation.  Contact for a receipt (for tax purposes).  Remember, the same US Shipping policy applies.



Many of our manufacturers will accept returns for damaged items – if notified within a reasonable timeframe.  They may also accept a return for exchange – depending on the winning product. You must notify them immediately to request a return and to receive a return authorization number. must receive confirmation of the return from the manufacturer or vendor within 10 days. The manufacturer/vendor must confirm that the product arrived in the condition it was received by the winner. This means no tags removed or additional damage to the special packaging such as collectible boxes. Our manufacturer/vendor reserves the right to refuse refunds as this was a sweepstakes winning – therefore no purchase was necessary to win.


Damaged Goods

If goods are damaged during shipment by any one of the carriers, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify the carrier and the manufacturer, vendor or distributor… as well as and we will place a claim with the carrier. Most carriers insure all shipments and make good on them. You must allow our shipping carrier representative to access and inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. In many cases the manufacturer or distributor will replace the product at the carrier\’s expense… but this is clearly between the manufacturer/distributor and the carrier. reserves the right to request to use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost for smaller items.


Canceling Orders takes pride in prompt shipping.  Most winnings are shipped the morning following the posted winnings. Winners posted on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.  Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above.


International Shipping reserves the right to refuse to process any winnings that is addressed to ship to other countries. will not ship internationally.
